Upon arrival, you’ll use a unique door code, activated at check-in time and valid until check-out. Check-in begins after 3 PM, with check-out by 11 AM; early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated upon request for an additional fee. Guests have full access to the home and all listed amenities, including the patio, game room, and living spaces. Please note the garage and owner’s closet are not accessible, as they are reserved for owner use.⸻Parking Guidelines • Two Parking Spots: Guests may use the two designated spots in the driveway. • Street Parking Allowed: Additional vehicles may park on the street, but must follow all posted signage and local parking regulations, including any special rules or restrictions in place for game and event days. • No RVs or Trailers: RV, trailer, or oversized vehicle parking is strictly prohibited in both the driveway and on the street. • Do Not Block Access: Please ensure all driveways, mailboxes, and walkways remain unobstructed at all times. • Guest Responsibility: Any fines, towing, or damage due to improper parking will be the guest’s responsibility.Other things to noteIncluded with your stay is a Welcome Pack to help you settle in comfortably. This pack contains essentials such as toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, beverages (tea, coffee, sugar, creamer), snacks and laundry items. This thoughtful selection is provided to ensure you have everything you need for the initial days of your visit.Stadium Construction Notice: The new Highmark Stadium is currently under construction, with work expected to continue through the end of 2026. While this doesn’t impact access to the home, guests may notice occasional construction activity during the day. • Prime Location: The home is located just steps from the stadium - ideal for game days, concerts, and events. Expect more traffic and energy in the area during major events. • Event Day Parking & Noise: Please follow all posted parking signs and town rules, especially during stadium events. Street parking may be limited and enforcement is strict. • Security: A Eufy doorbell camera is located at the front entrance for your safety. There are no cameras inside the home. • No Garage or Owner’s Closet Access: These areas are secured and reserved for owner use only. • Outdoor Games & Equipment: Yard games and outdoor gear are available for your enjoyment. Please return all items to the shed before checkout.Snow Removal: Driveway plowing is provided during your stay. A shovel and salt are available for walkways and steps. During active snowfall, surfaces may not remain completely clear at all times. Guests are responsible for exercising caution and may need to use the shovel and salt for safe footing. Additional plowing requests can be made via messaging and will be arranged as soon as possible.
