Owners anywhere in the country can list today. Right now most of our tenant requests are for Buffalo and Western New York, so that is where most leads go today. When a request comes in for a new city, we look at owners already listed there first.

Is it really free to list?
Yes. There is no signup fee and no monthly fee. You only pay 10% of the rent on a stay that comes from a lead we send you.
Do I need an Airbnb listing?
No. An Airbnb link makes setup faster because we can bring in your photos and calendar. Without one, send us your photos and details through the form.
Can I keep my Airbnb and Furnished Finder listings?
Yes. You can list on Yonas and everywhere else at the same time. Your Airbnb calendar syncs to Yonas every 15 minutes, so dates that are booked elsewhere show as unavailable.
Who sets the price and picks the tenant?
You do. You set the monthly rent, talk to the tenant directly, and decide who stays.
Where do the leads come from?
Mostly from 716 Corporate Housing, our sister company in Buffalo. When 716 cannot house someone, the request can go to a Yonas owner whose home fits the dates and size.
Can I list a property outside Buffalo?
Yes. Owners anywhere in the US can list. Today most tenant requests are for Buffalo and Western New York.
How long does setup take?
