The living room has modular framed pillow couch with an accent chair. Perfect for a nap and movie night. Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, rice cooker, air fryer, crockpot, and basic spices.

Each room is carefully designed to complement modern needs while keeping the original framework and woodwork of the Buffalo style homes.The master has a king-sized bed with an original vintage vanity that has storage for hair products and makeup. Closet space and a dresser for clothing. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a desk and monitor for a comfortable workspace. Dresser and closet of course for clothing.A third bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser and closet for clothing.

FREE washer and dryer are in the basement

Parking: You have 1 assigned spot on the concrete pad in front of the porch. You may use the grass to park a 2nd car(weather permitting). Do not block the driveway path leading to the garage as that is for the lower apartment. Plenty of free street parking too.

Parking: use the concrete pad in front of the porch for one car to park. You may use the grass for a second car at your own risk.

Backyard is shared with the downstairs tenant.

This is an original Buffalo home, that means old wood floors may squeak or you may hear other noises that a home would have. Original bedroom doorknobs may be stiff too.
You also booked a home in a neighborhood you may hear typical neighborhood noises or construction however this is mostly a quiet area. A/C units are installed May-Sept
