The space
Our property has been FULLY renovated from the inside out and if you search our address on Google Maps, you will come across an outdated photo. Google has not updated the image since the property underwent renovations in 2023.
PETS: We apologize, due to allergies we cannot accept pets.

PARTIES: Absolutely NOT ALLOWED

For your convenience, there are 2 towels and 2 washcloths in the drawer under the bed.

Guest access
Upon arrival, guests will enter through the front porch entrance; well lit w/ motion sensor and camera that records the street.

You will be staying on the 2nd floor.

NO PETS. We apologize. Too many allergies.

In order to best accommodate, please be sure to select the correct number of guests as you are booking. This allows us to better prepare the room(s).

Please clean the toilet after yourselves, esp poop or there will be an extra $55 charge.

Please no parties or there will be $1,000 fine.
No smoking: $500 fine
